It is an ideal setting for weddings and special events with a neutral interior, 12 foot ceilings, inside restrooms, air conditioning, natural lighting and a caterer’s kitchen. Outside space includes a covered porch, park, covered stage and Fryeburg Fair's iconic water wheel.
The Specialty Food Pavilion is 6,300 square feet and can accommodate up to 540 guests. The Pavilion is an open truss and barn board facility with a rustic setting and natural simplicity. With a small park on one end and covered porches on both ends, there is plenty of outdoor space to compliment any event.
The Fiber Center is a more intimate setting with great outdoor space. It is perfect for smaller groups and informal events. This building can accommodate up to 150 guests inside and offers a beautiful park with stone benches and plenty of room for picnic tables outside. The small covered porch is perfect for a DJ, drink station or covered outdoor seating. Casual weddings, family reunions, BBQ’s and picnics are ideal events for this facility.
The Natural Resource Building is 11,900 square feet of open space for groups up to 750 guests. This building is close to RV camping hook ups and facilities. It is ideal for banquets, dances, fundraisers, trade shows and parties.
The Agricultural Building is similar to the Natural Resource Building and is 11,000 square feet of space for groups up to 750 guests.
The Craft Center is a T shaped building ideal for large groups up to 845 guests. The unique shape of this building offers numerous set up options which can accommodate smaller or more intimate events.
The Beano Building is a perfect venue for small casual functions and offers overhead doors which can open to bring the outdoors in. Up to 160 guests can occupy this space.
The 4-H Livestock Barn can accommodate any event. With vision and creativity, this barn can transform into a venue for any function.
